Manifest theme works for one blog and not another

I use the Manifest theme for 2 of my blogs but it won’t work for my third blog. How do I fix this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Manifest was retired so is not available to sites created after June of this year. I’d suggest choosing a newer responsive theme that adapts automatically to different screen sizes. Here are some minimalist single-column themes you might like to look at:
