Manual Create data & stored and Auto Populate

    Hi, how can I achieve the below process flow?

    WordPress Site A
    1. How to create a form containing product name, price, description, image and etc fields?
    2. When user from Site A wants to add product, they need to click the form and enter the product details.
    3. How to populate product data created in previously step?

    WordPress Site B
    1. Auto populate out the product data created from Site A real time. The data fields populated will be based on site design fields.
