Manual renew settings, billed anyway

Even though my Upgrade settings are set at Manual Renew, I was still billed for an Upgrade renew. I also received an email prior to the billing explaining that my domain would expire if I didn’t renew, but was still billed anyway. I no longer want the domain.

I’d be glad to help you cancel the domain and issue you a refund. After canceling the domain though, there’s no guarantee that you can get it back.
