  When we need Staff help with issues Volunteers cannot resolve like this one we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads. I did that for you.   I have disabled auto-renew for your premium plan and domain. Please note that if you fail to renew those upgrades before they expire, they will be removed from your account and you will lose any features added by the plan.

  Also note that there might be additional costs to restore and renew an expired domain, or you can run the risk of completely losing the domain should you let it expire.
