Manually adjust HTML code
-
Hi. I have previous experience with Tumblr themes, where you can either use a theme’s given adjustment options but can also go straight into the code. Is there a way to manually change the code in my current theme? Thank you so much.

You can use a bit of html as explained in these support guides:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/beginning-html/
https://en.support.wordpress.com/advanced-html/You can also override theme’s CSS using Custom Design upgrade that is part of Premium and Business plans. Here is more information on Custom Design: https://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/
Also check this support guide to learn about code restrictions on WordPress.com: https://en.support.wordpress.com/code/
This is everything you can do with code on WordPress.com.
