Manually Migrating WordPress.com site to Hostinger

Hello, I’m looking to migrate my entire WordPress.com website to Hostinger, and was wondering how I can manually do that?

I found two articles titled, ‘Export Your Website’s Content’ and ‘Export an Entire Website With a Plugin’.
The first article mentions that this method will not migrate any of my website’s current design.
The second article mentioned that this option is suitable for moving from WordPress.com to another plugin-enabled WordPress.com site, a self-hosted WordPress.org site, and local/staging sites.

It seems that neither options are applicable to me, so I’m looking for help.

Does anyone know if migrating my WordPress.com site to Hostinger is possible?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No

This feature is available on sites with the WordPress.com Creator or Entrepreneur plan. If your site has one of our legacy plans, it is available on the Pro plan. P
