manually paying for my domain annual renewal
-
My auto-renew didn’t go through because I didn’t have funds in paypal on the day. I am trying to pay manually but can’t see how to do so – it just keeps directing me to pay for a plan (at $99) instead of just the domain (at $26). What am I not doing?

What are your details, please?
What is the URL of the site?
Which upgrade were you trying to purchase?
And, exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.COM URL? -
Hi there @sparkforwriters,
I would be happy to assist you in renewing your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription purchase.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!

I originally set up the site under the name of yourwritingcareer rather than sparkforwriters – is that what you mean?
Thanks,

Hey Sophy,
Yes, exactly! If you could contact me in this thread with the username associated with the domain, I’d be able to help you with paying for your domain.
Thanks!
