Manually subscribe a follower

    Hi folks
    How can I manually subscribe a follower? Is it possible? The confirmation just leads to a ‘cannot connect to this site’ message. This is a local network problem I guess as he can view the site OK just can’t subscribe. Can I ‘force’ his address onto the list?
