manualy created RSS-Feed? or so?

  Hello, all
  I have an idea and no clue if this is possible. And if so, what good search phrases would be. Maybe one of you can help here?
  I send to my subscribers once a week a link to recommended podcast episodes from other podcasters. Now I have been asked if I can’t offer an RSS-Feed with those recommended episodes.
  My question now is: Is there a tool that allows me to manually build an RSS-Feed? I would then add each recommended Blog-Article and/or Podcast-Episode to this, so that my subscribers can directly listen to all of my recommendations.
  I don’t want to download those Episodes and share them from my website, that looks like stealing so me.
  Does this request make sense? Any ideas how to do this?
