Manuscript submission plug-in

  I am the under-Webmaster* of a website for writers. We wish to run a writing contest and publish the best entries. I am looking for a plugin that will direct entrants to a PayPal payment site, and at the conclusion of payment to a submission page. The submission page will ask for personal information and then allow them to attach a manuscript in .doc or .docx format. I cannot find anything that matches that criteria.

  The site uses: WordPress 4.8.1 running Suffusion theme, Jetpack, Ninja Forms, WP Staging, TinyMCE Advanced, Wordfence Security (Free)

  * The person who knows how to do this is extremely ill, so I am just winging it. (KISS)
