Many Blog Pages but Not using Categories

    I am trying to build my first site, but being a bit of a cave woman, I tend to go at things with a club, rather than spend ages learning the hows and whyfores first.
    At this point I am trying to work out how to add several Blog Pages (Not by Category) to my site, but so far without success/confidence.

    I understand that this will (probably) need a multisite instalation and so far have asked Mr Guggle for advice and read many of the pages he spat out at me, while attempting to follow/understand the suggestions….
    Each with diminishing levels of confidence.

    So far I have not messed anything up…

    Please help me…. I need one of the following solutions…..
    1) A plugin.
    2) A long-suffering Hero to do it for me.
    3) An idiot proof, step by step guide with lists of extras I might need to accomplish the task…
