Many Facebook likes for page but no followers on blog

I created a page on Facebook that links toy wordpress website but it seems that I am getting 80+ Likes for my page but only 3 following my blog. I’m not sure I set this up right…is there a way to have all posts only blog appear on my Facebook page?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
