Many issues after upgrading to 5.9

  Hello,

  I am logged in as an admin but seem to be having many user role-related issues:

  1) New post shows “submit for review” instead of “publish”
  2) Pages option is missing
  3) Cannot edit my contact form 7 forms (Says I cannot edit probably due to role)
  4) One other user (subscriber) who registred on site is now missing
