Many Jetpack subscribers not receiving post notification

    A bunch of people follow this blog via the Jetpack subscriber feature (Followers and Email). There were no problems with this up until yesterday.

    Unfortunately, almost all of the people we talked with yesterday did not receive the latest notification email. Only one did (they are in the Email set).

    We also confirmed the email didn’t go to subscribers’ spam bins.

    Was there some kind of issue with Jetpack’s post notification system yesterday?

    This occurred on a fully updated WP 6.1.1 instance running in Sites mode, with this blog being one of 6 sites. There are no Jetpack related errors in this blog’s site health page.
