Many People WordPress Clients Are Having Problems With Stopping Automatic Renewa

    When I go to the RyeLocal.com dashboard and then to my upgrades I am only shown an option to add automatic renewals to WestchesterJobboard.com and given no option to stop automatic renewals for RyeLocal.com even though I am using the RyeLocal.com dashboard that is showing the RyeLocal name in the upper left hand corner.

    Why are you being so careless and making things hard when dealing with your clients finances.

    The Support board seems to be loaded with people having problems not having automatic renewals happen.

    Here is an example….

    When trying to cancel my domain or at least prevent renewal (it’s set for the end of august) I seem to get in a loophole, but never actually find a way to cancel.
    Please help.

    Many of the other posts about automatic renewals have been hidden by the WordPress staff. You click on the help/support link and are told only the staff and client can see the post.
