  I’m having so many problems with WordPress, I just don’t think they can be resolved through a live chat. Since this is the only option you guys are giving me, let’s go. First off, I spoke with a guy a couple of weeks ago that had me pay $50 in order for my sign-in problem to be resolved. Once that was resolved, he told me to email him for further assistance and now he’s not responding. I paid $50 and still most of my problems still exist.

  Wordpress.com doesn’t have phone support and certainly doesn’t ask for money to help you!

  I encounted a problem with logging into wordpress.com and I did pay $49.99 for tech support. I don’t know why you are saying I was not charged.

  Hi there,

  I checked your account and that charge was not related to WordPress.com. Who is the individual that you paid? You purchased a Premium upgrade with us back on 4/10 that you canceled and received a refund for. That is the only charge associated with us.

  demetrisencorejourney.com is hosted with GoDaddy.com, so your site is no longer associated with us. Like @staartmees mentioned, we wouldn’t ask you to pay $50 for a log in issue – a service like that would be absolutely no charge.
