I’m having so many problems with WordPress, I just don’t think they can be resolved through a live chat. Since this is the only option you guys are giving me, let’s go. First off, I spoke with a guy a couple of weeks ago that had me pay $50 in order for my sign-in problem to be resolved. Once that was resolved, he told me to email him for further assistance and now he’s not responding. I paid $50 and still most of my problems still exist. -
As was stated by another person in your previous thread, here:

If you mean online chat, then that is available if you have a paid account here but unless it’s something to do with one of the paid upgrades, it’s very unlikely anyone would ask you for money. It sounds to me like you’ve been scammed.
I’m going to tag this thread for staff assistance, please be patient as it can take them a while to respond.
In the meantime, please do not start any more threads as that can be confusing and will not help you to get assistance any faster. Thanks.
