  I have many questions as to what plan is best for me. I have needs and questions that are not listed in your Q& A. I want to change the name of my blog for example but do not want to lose content or followers. I don’t know if I should have a website linked to my blog…too many questions. Is there a person out there to speak with?

  If your site is hosted at WordPress.com, you can consider changing your site address if it is a free WordPress.com site by following steps mentioned here: https://wordpress.com/support/changing-site-address/

  Hi there,

  You can change the title that appears on your site at any time from My Site ->Manage ->Settings, or from My Site ->Design ->Customize ->Site Identity. The site title is just a label, and changing it does not have any effect on your content or followers.

  If you instead mean your site address, you can change that as explained at https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/
