    can i transfer products from magento to wordpress?

    Hi there,

    Magento products cannot be imported to WordPress, not, as the WordPress software doesn’t support a product content type by default.

    To add products to a WordPress site, you need to first add an ecommerce plugin, like WooCommerce. So the right question to ask here is if you can migrate products from Magento to whichever ecommerce plugin you plan on using.

    If you plan on using WooCommerce, then the answer is yes. You can find a tutorial explaining how to do it on the WooCommerce blog at https://woocommerce.com/posts/how-migrate-from-magento-to-woocommerce/.

    If you plan on using something else, please contact support for the specific ecommerce plugin you want to use directly to find out if they support Magento imports.

    Also note that to use plugins on WordPress.com is only possible on our Business Plan.
