Map a domain

  I have a free plan in WordPress. I want to map my own domain name but when doing it WordPress requieres me to buy the WordPress.com Premium Plan (cost 99€/year).
  Isn’t it possible to buy a cheaper plan to do this?

  Yeah it is definitely possible to buy a cheaper plan, it’s the Personal Plan here are the details of the pricing

  Also to map your existing domain, just read here

  Just to clarify, you’ll need to add a plan under My Site ->Plans, and then you’ll be able to connect your domain using the domain mapping upgrade, as explained at the link above.
