Map A Domain

  Hi There,
  Not sure why but I couldn’t map a domain of my own.
  It keeps appearing as ‘Sorry but wresidences.com.sg has not been registered yet therefore cannot be mapped.’
  I have directed my name servers to wordpress.

  Please assist.

  Hello,
  Your domain registration is taking a long time for the information to spread out on the internet. I checked a couple of other registrars and they also said wresidences.com.sg hadn’t been registered yet. Only when I went to a Singapore whois did the domain show up as registered. I think you just need to give it some more time and try again, but I’ve tagged this for staff attention in case there’s some other way to speed up the process.

  Hi there,

  I’m sorry for the trouble! Our system sometimes has trouble mapping domains ending in .com.sg. We are investigating that problem, but in the meantime I sent you an email to help you map that domain. Please let me know if you don’t get that email from me. :)
