Map a Domain I already own – Error

I’m trying to map a domain I already own to my WordPress site (https://huntersgreen46278.wordpress.com/). I’m one of two administrators for this WordPress site. I am confirming that I own that domain and it is paid for thru Jan 2018.
In following the settings in ‘Domains’ and clicking ‘map it’ in the ‘Already Own a Domain’ section, I added in my domain URL (huntersgreen46278.org) in the field and clicked Add. The error message I received is:
‘This domain was recently in use by someone else and is not available to map yet. Please try again later or contact support.’The someone else it was used by was the other admin for this site. I accidentally let the domain mapping expire with WordPress. Can someone please help in allowing this domain to be mapped again? I’m ready to pay the $13 or whatever to map it with WordPress. I’m sure you’ll need more specific information about my account, but I don’t want to post anything confidential until contacted. Thank you!

Hi there,
When a domain mapping is cancelled or expired, there’s a two week wait before another user can map the same domain.
In this case, I’ve added the mapping to your account manually, with an expiration in two weeks, so you should be able to pay for the next year by renewing it via the Purchases page:
