Hello !
I would like to map a subdomain of my domain to my blog, which is hosted at WordPress.com.
I want to use the subdomain en.carnetdedamecatherine.com. Can you please add a CNAME record to point that subdomain to carnetdedamecatherine.com?
Best regards. Catherine

To precise my demand : my main domain is carnetdedamecatherine.com
and I have yet created a second blog, which name is for now engcarnetdedamecatherine.wordpress.com
I want to replace this second blog and do a subdomain en.carnetdedamecatherine.com, as described above in my first mail.
Thank you for your help. Catherine

Hi there!
We have a guide for setting up a subdomain, including creating the CNAME record here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-subdomain/
Make sure you purchase a Domain Mapping upgrade for that domain here:
Select “Map an Existing Domain”
Let me know if you have any more questions!

Hi !
I have read the guide. My main domain is carnetdedamecatherine.com.
My subdomain is en.carnetdedamecatherine.com. And this subdomain has to replace engcarnetdedamecatherine.wordpress.com.But since Saturday, I have set my subdomain up, and I have paid the upgrade, I can’t see the results on my blogs.
Can you check if I did it well, please ?
Thanks. Catherine

I see what happened. It looks like your new subdomain is attached to the same site as your root domain. You can transfer that here:
https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades/
You’ll want to find the upgrade for the specific subdomain en.carnetdedamecatherine.com and select the gear icon next to it. Then you can select ‘Transfer to another site’ and select the correct WordPress.com site to connect it to.
Here’s the full guide:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#transferring-upgrades
Let me know if I can help with that. :)
