Map an existing domain

  I bought a domain name. I want to map it to my free wordpress blog. I saw in the plans section that it costs 13$ per year. But in one of the forum page i saw that wordpress premium plan is required to map a domain. Should i upgrade to premium plan or will it work if i map my domain for $13?

  Hi @serialspot, plans are required with domains for all new accounts. If you go to https://wordpress.com/domains you can add the domain and it will let you pick a plan as needed.
