Map an Existing Domain and then what???

  Hi,

  I can’t upload a custom theme probably because my dashboard address is still set at wordpress.com.I’m getting this message.

  “Although your site address is omaramindesigns.com, keep in mind that your dashboard address is omar520.wordpress.com/wp-admin/.”

  What should I do? When I’m in my domain it says my DNS needs to be updated and I don’t get how that works. I looked at your forums and read all that stuff but didn’t understand.

  Hi there,

  After looking into your account, I found that you canceled your domain mapping. If you would like to try this again, all you have to do is update your nameservers to ours and your domain will map to your WordPress.com site.

  Please go to your domain registrar’s site and log into the control panel. You will need to update the name servers as below:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
