Map Custom Domain – Payment not resolved

Added a custom domain, pay using paypal, paypal processing, returned to WP site, item still in cart. No email from WP or Paypal yet.

I do see your mapped domain at blog.paket.id so can only assume that payment went through.
You can check this yourself by going here https://wordpress.com/me/billing while logged in. That will show you all your current and past purchases.
If that didn’t solve your issue or you need Staff help with this, please return to this thread and add the MODLOOK tag to the Tags section in the forum thread sidebar.

Hi, yes the payment went through and its solved, thank you for the quick follow up.
It was like this:
1. The main issue was that I didn’t map my custom domain CNAME to my original wordpress url ( *.wordpress.com )
2. However by using paypal to pay, there was no error message nor any pointer what went wrong.
3. By switching to credit card method, I can see the error message after completing the payment details , the error was something about pointing the domain with CNAME (credit card was charged USD 0)
4. After updating my DNS records, and completing the payment process again by credit card, everything was good.Hopefully my feedback above can be used for improving user experience for WP users :)

Thanks for reporting this. The error message should appear on the page where you enter the domain already, so this is something our team will need to look at.
