map domain

  I’ve bought i “map your domain” service and request the change of nameserver but the provider tells me the change is stuck on “pending update” because the dns zone on the new nameserver (NS1.WORDPRESS.COM) isn’t properly set.
  the domain is miew.it

  Hi there,

  I checked your domain miew.it and there is already a zone record set up for the domain. Can you please ask your provider to try again to update the domain to these name servers:

  • NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  • NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  • NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  If they continue to have trouble with that change, please let me know what’s going wrong and I will see if there is anything more I can do to help.

  did that and now the ns seems to be all right, but when a set my domain as “main domain” it gives me a browser error: redirect loop.
  yes, I flushed my dns cache.
  now what?

  Hi!

  It looks like this may have just taken some time to propagate. The domain miew.it is now working correctly on my side. Can you give this another try and let me know if it doesn’t start working for you?
