Map domain to blog

  I already own my domain and am trying to map that to my blog.
  However, the only way to do this is to purchase a pack? In the past, I’ve been able to pay $13 to map my domain. Has this changed?

  Hi Rishi,

  Yes, you can no longer register or map a domain individually with WordPress.com. You have to be subscribed to one of the plans.

  A personal plan is a great option for those who primarily want to register just use a domain with WordPress.com. In addition to the domain subscriptions, you also get no ads on your site and access to live chat support with the wonderful Happiness Engineers.

  One’s you decide to subscribe to a Personal Plan, you can go to MySites->Plans and purchase the plan. As by default, the system will take you to the Premium plan. You can then go to MySites->Domains and follow the steps using this support document to Map your existing domain:
