  hello
  I am trying to map my domain
  http://www.nord-bjorge.no
  to
  nordbjorge.WORDPRESS.COM
  and get the message
  Sorry but *DOMAIN* has not been registered yet therefore cannot be mapped. – and cant go on o pay for that
  i have made the nesicery changes to reffer the domain to reffer it to wordpress.
  help appriciated

  Incorrect A Record

  The A Record for nord-bjorge.no is set to a WordPress.com nameserver. Instead, you should remove all nameservers for your domain and specify the WordPress.com nameservers below to map your domain name to a WordPress.com blog. For instructions and some important warnings before making such a change, please see this document. If you recently made this change please wait a few hours for the records to update.

  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  Hello @hanneaar –

  I’ve mapped the domain for you and set it to expire in a week. Could you go in and renew it for the full year?

  Also, as timthief notes you’ll need to remove the A record and set the nameservers to point to WordPress.com.

  Now I renewed it for a one year period .
  I am new to this so can you explain a bit more in detail how I remove the A record and set the name servers to point two WordPress.com ?

  Here is list of the ones I have today who must enter , ;
  Type – Hostname – Value
  ____________________
  MX – nord-bjorge.no – mail.netclient.no,
  TXT – nord-bjorge.no – v=spf1 redirect=spf.mail.netclient.no
  CNAME – autodiscover.nord-bjorge.no – mail.netclient.no
  CNAME – post.nord-bjorge.no – lightweb.no

  Can you do this for me too?
