map to my domain

    Hello,

    When I was setting up my wordpress account, it mentioned that I could map to my existing domain. How do I go about doing this ?

    Hi there,

    To connect a domain you already own, you’ll first need to add a paid plan to your site at My Site ->Plans.

    All our plans include one free domain, so after you’ve added a plan, go to My Site ->Domains ->Add and click the Map It option. That will allow you to connect your domain from this side.

    After doing that you’ll also need to change your domain’s name servers. You do that at the registrar where you bought the domain. That completes the connection from their end.
