  Would like a widget that will show the cities I’ve been to to add to my travelogue.

  I can’t help with a fully integrated widget but in the meantime and as a work around have you tried embedding a Google map?

  Although it would not show a map you could also use categories to show which post was relevant to each city and either the categories widget to show a list of these cities in your sidebar, or the display posts shortcode to show them on a specific page.
