WordPress.com does not accept incoming domain transfers. You can, however, map an existing domain.
In order to remove the .wordpress.com URL and replace that with a domain URL you have to purchase an upgrade. See https://wordpress.com/pricing/

Hi there,
There is already a mapping upgrade for chavedeouro.com.br on WordPress.com and it belongs to a different username. It’s not possible for two different users to map the same domain, so there is no way to add a mapping upgrade for that domain to your account.

The username that owns that domain is chavedeourowp, but I cannot give you the email address associated with that account. If you don’t remember your login details for that account you’ll need to follow the steps here:
