Thanks and the blog is: http://insighthinking.wordpress.com/I also wanted to ask if surfing in my blog pages will show the “wordpress.com” as the address or “adaka.co.il” as the address on the browser?

All public site pages, posts, categories, tags and archives pages will show adaka.co.il . In your dashboard though it will still show the wordpress.com URL.

You mean commenting?
Do you want to disable it only on pages, or also on posts (no comments anywhere)?
