Maping / Change name servers

  Hi all,
  I have registered my domain http://www.kreyfarertradingco.com with wordpress. I am currently trying to transfer this domain to squarespace: followed instructions, changed CNAME and 4 times A record. it doesn’t tranfer. The problem seems to be that I can’t change Name Servers as in the page DOMAIN MANAGEMENT I only have in the left menu EMAIL and EDIT DNS (missing domain contacts, name servers and transfer domain).
  Would please help me finish the transfer process?

  kreyfarertradingco.com – seems to be in redemption – I don’t think you can transfer a domain that is in redemption or change name servers

  Hi there.

  It looks like you cancelled kreyfarertradingco.com along with your free WordPress.com Business trial on 22nd March. When a domain’s cancelled, it gets sent back to our registrar and enters the expiration cycle as set out here:

  I can see that you added domain mapping for kreyfarertradingco.com a few days after cancelling it. I’ve gone ahead to remove and refund you for this. As your domain’s not registered, mapping won’t work correctly.

  Please note, your site, and all of its content, is still available at its free, default domain, kreyfarertradingco.wordpress.com.

  Going forward, it might still be possible to retrieve your domain from the redemption phase of the expiration cycle. I’m going to email directly with further details on how we can go about this. Can you reply from there? Thanks!
