“mapkit is undefined” error & can edit only in html mode

    I am getting this error message “mapkit is undefined”. Page loads but “with errors”.

    Also when I edit a page…it opens up only in html mode. When I try to get to normal mode it gives me an error.

    It takes foever to get to edit more

    There is an error before the “mapkit is undefined” stating that the map doesn’t exist. I would suggest contacting Platial to see why your map is not found.

    Can you provide the error message you see when you attempt to load the visual editor?
