Mapped Domain

We have a website with a mapped domain, which we need to move to a new website. Could you let me know how I do that please?

Hi there,
This is a question best asked from the hosting provider for your new website. They’ll have either name servers or A-records which you’d need to change at the registrar where you bought the domain.
To remove the domain mapping upgrade here, you need to log in as the username nabcel that owns it. Then you can cancel it from the Purchases page.

When I go to the Purchases page, I only have the option to Upgrade, there is no list or option to cancel it.
Is it possible that someone else (within our organisation) has already cancelled it? Would you be able to confirm the status of it please?

As I said above, you will only be able to cancel it if you’re logged in as the username nabcel. At the moment you’re logged in as nabcel1, which is a different account.

That makes sense, then, thankyou. No-one here seems to know what the login is for the nabcel account. I don’t suppose you can clarify what email address it is linked to can you?
