  Good Morning – It sounds like your trying to cancel a domain mapping upgrade? If so, you can cancel this from wordpress.com/purchases/ Please share the domain URL.

  Thank you for your reply. I cancelled my subscription and it automatically cancelled the mapping through the process however now I get an error message pointing back to WordPress. I do not have anything open or an account any longer. So much for trying to simplify. Thank you again
