mapped domain

    hello, i have already mapped a domain that i own and when i contacted a customer service rep they asked for fifty dollars to set it up. This didnt make sense to me as i already paid for my domain and the map it option. and when i try to set it up it tells me the domain has already mapped. how can i solve this issue. i have already added the wordpress name servers to my godday account and now i need assistance in getting my wordpress to use the .com i have. anything will help thank you in advance for your time and consideration!!
