    Hello there,

I had owned a domain from HE. It has expired. I want it to be accessible for my customers

It sounds as if you’d like the mapping of your expired domain to be disconnected from your WordPress.com site.

Is that the case? You still have until December 31, 2014 until your domain mapping for pennyslatedesigns.com expires. I can cancel it from your account before then, if you’d like.

    Just let me know.

In the meantime, I see that you’ve made your WordPress.com site, http://quiltersnookblog.wordpress.com/, your primary domain. This should keep your visitors from seeing any error message about your expired domain.

Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks much!

I don’t think this is going to help. I want my customers to have access to http://www.pennyslatedesigns.com. Try to log on to this site and see what happens.

    Hi there!

I’m actually able to see http://www.pennyslatedesigns.com without trouble. When I visit, I see this:

Are you seeing something else? If so, can you clear your browser’s cache using the guide below, and then refresh your site in the browser window?

Are you able to see http://pennyslatedesigns.com/ on your phone, mobile device, or computer other than your usual PC?

If you are trying to accomplish something specific that I’m not understanding, please let me know exactly what your goal is when you mention wanting your site to be, “to be accessible for my customers.”

Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks very much.
