  Hello. I am having issues with my domain. I cannot find anyway to make a payment to remap my domain. why would this be? the site is harmattanrenewables.com

  When I attempt to access my site, I get a message that says my domain name, melodykraaft.com, has expired. However, when I edit my site at wordpress.com, I get a message that says “DNS configuration required.” I had my nameserver records updated several months ago, and to my knowledge, WordPress.com is hosting my domain. So, I believe the problem really is that my domain name needs to be reactivated, but I don’t know who I need to contact to renew melodykraaft.com

  Please don’t post into old threads created by other users.

  While there is a domain mapping upgrade for the domain, melodykraaft.com, in your account, we are not hosting that domain, as it is currently pointed to another provider’s servers where it appears to be parked.

  If you want that domain to show your WordPress.com site, you need to log into your account at your domain provider, Register.com, and update the name servers to point to ours:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM

  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM

  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  Once you do that we’ll be hosting your domain.
