  Hi there, the account you are posting from is only a week old so it is likely you need to be logged in with a different username account.

  Please log in with the username account that purchased the WordPressdotcom upgrade plan in order to renew it.

  When you are logged in with that username account, you’ll be able to renew it directly from your Manage Purchases dashboard https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
