  Domain is still expired and no way to fix. Please help as site is down.

  Ah, thanks @irahulverma – we don’t see that link on our end, so I had to go into the forums to grab it. =)

  @roncacace,

  The other reason I couldn’t see the domain is because it is under a different WordPress.com account than the one you are contacting us from. That is why you cannot renew the subscription – you must log into the account connected with the mapping subscription. Once you are able to log in, you should be set to renew.

  I paid for a renewal, am a full admin and the other users no longer works with us. WordPress has no means to fix this administratively?

  Our security practices prevent us from giving out account information. What we can do is send an email to the upgrade owner. I have sent a note their way.

  Hello? Archie has the domain registered and this is their property. Surely you aren’t going to lock them out of their own property due to an honest mistake (and your crazy system that suggests all admins aren’t alike). The site has been down and is losing them revenue. Please escalate this.
