  So, there seems to be some confusion here.

  Yes, you have purchased WordPress.com Premium for http://ridgeandvalleyconservancy.wordpress.com/ and yes, WordPress.com Premium does include a free domain registration or mapping upgrade.

  But http://ridgeandvalleyconservancy.wordpress.com/ already has a domain mapping upgrade for ridgeandvalleyconservancy.org that was purchased by another user.
