Mapped domain other blog assign requiring cancellation

  Hey guys,

  i mapped my domain filmboerse-dresden.de under my blog and already paid. Unfortunately, I have my blog deleted so that the mapping is also gone lost. That was probably a mistake. How can I access my new blog filmboersedresden assign the mapping? When I click in my upgrade to Enable Auto Renew i get the message: “user can not access this private blog.”

  What can I do? A refund is also no longer possible.

  Hello –

  One option that you have is to create another blog under your account, and then we can transfer that domain mapping to the new blog so you can use your domain with it.

  Let me know if you’d like to go this route.
