Mapped my domain but incorrectly!!

  Hello all I think I accidentally mapped my domain incorrectly. First of all I have a domain for my shop and I’m trying to transfer from a carting website to wordpress. I had a blog on wordpress so originally I just logged into my old blog and added that domain mapping to my main shop domain. Only I had not realized that I could not add a custom theme this way.. Then I tried installing wordpress via godaddy (my domain host) but now when I’m trying to go to the wp-admin of my godaddy domain it’s sending me to my old wordpress blog. I deleted the blog but it’s still sending me to wordpress.

  I know it’s very confusing but maybe someone here can make sense of this. Thanks

  I guess what I’m trying to say is since I deleted my blog am I able to remove this domain mapping? or is it automatically removed? I just paid annually for it but I’m trying to map it to my godaddy hosted wordpress site not my old wordpress blog.. if that makes more sense
