Were you charged $ 13.–?

http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/I called GoDaddy and confirmed everything on their end is good. DNS is t as you instructed.

No – only one fee
Sometimes Domain Mapping fails – I flagged this for staff attention to review your account – they should refund the charges or give you a credit for you to do the domain mapping again
The staff have a very good record of making sure you get the upgrades you pay for

Thanks and good to hear. I hope this gets resolved today. Taking way too much of my time for what was made to look like a simple thing.

You be welcome
Usually domain mapping is simple – change things and wait from a few to 72 hours for the changes to reach the far corners of the internet

Looks like your domain is not pointing to WordPress.com name servers yet. Please go to your domain registrar’s site and log into the control panel. You will need to update the name servers as below:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COMFor more information, please visit the help documentation provided by the registrar and our support page:

The problem is on your end. I called GoDaddy twice and they can do nothing because the DNS have already been changed to yours.
