Mapped the domain, but I cannot access it

I purchased the domain name http://www.todaysration.com on 8 November and apparently I mapped it to a WordPress site, but I cannot access the account or the site. I carefully copied the username and password and I saved it with the purchase of the domain name (through names.com). I have a gmail account set up for it, too. But the username and password doesn’t work, and I have no information in my gmail accounts from WordPress that I can find. I tried to just create a new account, but WordPress says that domain is taken already (duh!). Is there any help I can get on this?

    Howdy jbmaskova!

Sorry to hear about your issue. Are you attempting to map the site to WordPress.com or another hosting site? If it’s WordPress.com, follow the instructions here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/

Note: You WILL need to get a Personal Plan to map it to the site.

@jbmaskova is your domain expired? The site it points to seems to indicate it needs to be renewed. You do have a mapping upgrade under another account, but unless you’re in control of the domain you won’t be able to keep it pointed here.

Please get in touch with your registrar as soon as possible so you can resolve this. Or, if you’d like to un-map the domain our end, log in with the account that owns the upgrade, and get in touch here:
