Mapped to wrong domian

  Hey guys,
  Hope I can get help with this. I have a domain http://www.whileimonthesubject.com and a WordPress blog of http://www.whileimonthesubject.wordpress.com. I stupidly mapped the domain to my other blog (www.pfftidontknow.com) I need to get it unmapped to my blog and then remapped to the correct blog.

  Any help will be great :)

  Good Morning –

  I see that both whileimonthesubject.com and pfftidontknow.com are mapped to pfftidontknow.wordpress.com.

  I’m happy to fix this up for you but I just want to clarify what you’re looking to do.

  Do you want both pfftidontknow.com and whileimonthesubject.com mapped to your WordPress.com account but connected to 2 different .wordpress.com sites? This would mean you’d have 2 unique sites.

  Or, do you want the sites set up as is, with a redirect from pfftidontknow.com to whileimonthesubject.com?

  Lastly, would you like pfftidontknow.com completely removed from this WordPress.com account?

  I need two different sites. Pfftidontknow is the oldest one and whileimonthesubject was created on 10/10/2016

  Ok, no problem. I can help you get each custom domain assigned to their own .wordpress.com site.

  The first step is going to be adding the additional .wordpress.com site that we will connect to whileimonthesubject.

  To do this, login and click on My Sites > Switch Sites > Scroll to the bottom of the left hand menu and click + Add New Site.

  Let me know once you’ve done that and I’ll move whileimonthesubject.com over.

  Hey there – that’s super creative! Love it! I overlooked whileimonthesubject.wordpress.com on your account the first time, my apologies. I assumed that you’d want to use that for whileimonthesubject.com and set those two up together.

  If you’d rather use remappingdomain.wordpress.com with whileimonthesubject.com it’s an easy switch. Just let me know.

  Right now, you have 2 separate sites on your account. You should see them both listed under My Sites.
