  Hi, I paid $17 dollars via visa card to “Automattic” so that my blog would continue to redirect from exe-software.com to exesoftware.wordpress.com.I did not know that it will be like that. And I want to cancel my account, to delete my blog and recieve my money back! Thank you for your help.

  If you want a refund, I believe there is an option directly on your dashboard at Upgrades > Upgrades. If not, use the contact form below (which should work if you purchased an upgrade):

  my exe-software.com is mapped to exesoftware.wordpress.com, I don’t want it! How and where to delete the account??? I don’t have this option in dashboard
