    I received an several emails that my payment didn’t go through for auto-renewal of my mapping. First of all I did not authorize auto renewal and secondly when I go in to see the acct information for the blog it doesn’t show. I do not want to auto renew at this time so please stop trying to charge the account. ‘fashionartlifeblog’

    Hello @fashionartlifeblog,

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re getting bombarded with those auto-renewal reminders. However, If you check your purchases section of your account. You should be brought up with a list of products associated with your account.

    You should have the option to turn off auto-renewal and furthermore on the left sidebar there should be a notification settings where you can turn off certain notifications.
